Research and software development are performed by four full-time researchers under supervision of the research directors.
The Steering Committee, consisting of the research directors and representatives of the working groups in the partner institutions, monitors research progress and quality.
The Follow-up Committee, consisting of members of the Steering Committee and external experts, advises on research progress and quality, as well as the feasibility and the suitability of the proposed solutions.
A working group in each partner institution, consisting of members of the institution's staff, is responsible for the communication between the research team and the institution. In the first phase of the project, they defined the project partners' priorities, supervised the organizational analyses and validated the software requirements document.
