Numerical model : Aladin
Atmospheric numerical models are used for making weather forecasts.
The RMI carries out scientific research in this domain to improve the numerical techniques, the parameterization of the physical processes and the use of meteorological observations.
The results of this research are implemented in the Aladin model, which is used in the weather office and for the creation of products and for providing services.
