Protect Yourself
From UV intensity 3 onwards, we advise you to be careful:
- Keep children under 2 years old out of direct sunlight.
- Cover your skin with (UV-blocking) clothing and wear a cap or hat with a wide brim.
- Wear sunglasses with UV protection.
- Regularly apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 with strong UVA protection to exposed skin. Also in the shade.
- Pay extra attention to protecting children. Children have more sensitive skin than adults and need long-term skin protection.
- From UV intensity 5 onwards, stay out of the sun as much as possible between 12:00 and 15:00.
